Systems Studio Collective helps mission‑driven organizations turn bold ideas into systems that scale. We bring clarity to complexity, alignment to diverse teams, and momentum to mission‑critical work—designing strategies, structures, and partnerships that create lasting impact.
Founded by operator, strategist, and systems‑builder Karalyn Gyan, the Collective draws on over a decade of experience at the intersection of education, workforce development, philanthropy, and global development. From launching multi‑country initiatives in Latin America, to architecting workforce funding infrastructure in the U.S., to directing complex international programs for global youth, Karalyn’s work has always been grounded in execution, empathy, and systems thinking.
Our mission is to effect systems change by identifying and addressing the levers and gaps in the social impact sector that have the power to catalyze lasting transformation. We work where vision meets execution—building the structures, strategies, and partnerships that help mission-driven organizations scale their impact.
The “Systems” reflects how we think and work—seeing not just individual challenges, but the connections, structures, and patterns that shape them. Our work aims to disrupt inequitable systems and reimagine them into ones that are more just, resilient, and effective.
The “Studio” speaks to our belief that change is both a discipline and an art. A studio is a place for experimentation, refinement, and mastery over time—and that’s how we approach the work of social change.
As a “Collective,” we unite consultants with diverse backgrounds, strengths, and areas of expertise with a shared commitment to solving real problems with real impact—combining our skills and perspectives to address complex challenges from multiple angles.

Clarity - the bridge: We believe clarity is one of the greatest gifts we can give each other. In work, leadership, and systems—we strive to name what’s true, simplify what’s complex, and create shared understanding that enables action.
