We connect lessons learned from diverse mission-driven organizations, translate proven strategies into actionable frameworks, and amplify what's working to accelerate collective progress toward lasting change.
Founded by strategist and systems-builder Karalyn Gyan, the platform draws on insights from over a decade of work at the intersection of education, workforce development, philanthropy, and global development. From multi-country initiatives in Latin America to workforce funding infrastructure in the U.S. to complex international youth programs, our insights are grounded in real-world execution, cross-sector learning, and systems thinking.
Our mission is to catalyze systems change by identifying and sharing the strategies, structures, and approaches that have the power to transform how the social impact sector operates. We work at the intersection of insight and application—surfacing what works, why it works, and how others can adapt these approaches to scale their impact.
The “Systems” reflects how we analyze and share insights—seeing not just individual solutions, but the connections, structures, and patterns that make them successful. We aim to help organizations understand and navigate complex systems more effectively.
The “Studio” speaks to our belief that change is both a discipline and an art. A studio is a place for experimentation, refinement, and mastery over time—and that’s how we approach the work of social change.
As a “Collective,” we unite consultants with diverse backgrounds, strengths, and areas of expertise with a shared commitment to solving real problems with real impact—combining our skills and perspectives to illuminate complex challenges and solutions from multiple angles.
